Plain English
Every metric in the platform explains what it is and how it is calculated. If a screen cannot be understood without a manual, it is not finished.
No surprises
If a metric cannot be calculated correctly, the product says so. A stale number is labelled as stale. A missing benchmark is a missing benchmark.
Long-term
A platform is a relationship, not a licence key. We build for firms that will still be running the same book in ten years.
